Face painting for children’s parties, private parties and events. Rates are hourly with the amount of time based on how many faces will be painted. I use professional quality water soluble paints, and I can paint fast designs or more elaborate painting if desired! The Party Painter Face Painting is insured. For insurance purposes, we cannot paint the faces of children under 3 years old.
